-Plant choice
We decided to grow lettuce and peas, since both well in the medium temperatures that we will experience towards the beginning of Spring.
-Seed Type
Thus we will want 10 leaf lettuce seeds, and 5 snap pea seeds.
-Temperature Requirements
Between 45 and 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
-Time for Sowing and Harvest
Lettuce requires 4 to 6 weeks planted inside before transplanted to our vertical garden. The peas should be sowed outdoors.
